In the Puntal de las Buitreras, the first thing worth noting is the impressive panoramic views, capable of leaving us perplexed and amazed. I cannot describe in words the sensations that have passed through my mind while contemplating so much beauty around me. I am at the highest point in the area, at an altitude of 1,683 m, also known as Alto de Marchena. I am on a beautiful balcony over the Segura valley. Opposite, the Puntal de la Misa lives up to its name, touching the sky, close to the Arroyo Frío village where I was born. Down the valley, the Anchuricas reservoir stands out with its beautiful turquoise color, which draws in the surroundings the magical brushstroke that enhances so much natural beauty. The Puntal de las Buitreras was the main reason for the route that we have done in MTB through the area, and I could not be more satisfied with the images that from here, have been engraved in my mind forever 🥲
