The name of the park comes from the popular Pegaso trucks that were produced in this factory. The park was designed by the architects Enric Batlle and Joan Roig and was inaugurated in 1986. Pegasus, the winged horse that was ENASA's emblem for many years, has been reproduced on the pavement of a small circular square located at an elevated end of the park.
