Silver Lake is the centerpiece of Silver Lake Regional Park, which features a few miles of multi-use trails on the banks of the water. Some of the roads are quiet enough for running and walking, too, but the trails are popular for creating different length loops within the park.

Beautiful path along the shore of the lake. It's well maintained and a great spot to bring the family for a ride.

Though public access has been prohibited for many years multiple attempts have been presented to re-open the lake though none have been successful thus far. Perhaps that will change in the future but for now visitors will have to enjoy this lake from afar.

Silver Lake is a great destination to ride to and around. The lake isn't big but has great fishing and wildlife spotting. There are a number of trails for hiking and riding, as well as grills, picnic tables, & restrooms.
