The history of these lakes is fascinating. It turns out they were formed by a landslide on the western slope of Chryszczata Mountain in 1907 after heavy rains! A natural dam formed on the Olchowata stream, and now there are the lakes. Today, it's beautiful, green, and very peaceful.

The Wisłok Gorge called the "Olza Wall" in Rudawka Rymanowska is a beautiful place worth visiting at any time of the year. The 40-meter-high wall is an outcrop of menilite schists. In winter, impressive "icefalls" form here. You can park right next to it. The river here is shallow and you can wade in the water on a hot day.

In the Upper Jasiołka Valley, where the village of Jasiel formerly existed, there is a monument commemorating the Beskid Couriers of the Home Army. It was erected in 1981 on the initiative of the PTTK branch in Brzozów during the 2nd Beskid Courier Trail Rally, and unveiled by Jan Łożański, nicknamed "Orzeł", a well-known courier of the Main Headquarters of the Union of Armed Struggle. The couriers' route to Jasiel became the inspiration for the "Jaga-Kora" route, a reconstruction of the historic ZWZ-AK courier route from 1940-1945. Jan Łożański, who traveled the route 45 times, was imprisoned by the Gestapo and the Hungarians. His memories of this trail were described in the book "Kurierski Szlakiem po Beskid Niski".

The Polanki nature reserve was established in 1996 to protect natural forest communities of the Carpathian beech forest. A nature and educational trail with a length of approximately 2 kilometers was created within the reserve. It is located 8 km from the center of Sanok, you can get there by car or public transport. There is tourist infrastructure on the path, including a shelter with a bonfire place and 10 thematic stops. The stops present various species of trees, birds, mushrooms, monumental firs, Carpathian beech forest and rare plant species. During the hike, it is worth paying attention to the 19th-century earthworks at stop No. 2, used for primitive oil extraction. The path can be visited all year round, but it is recommended in spring due to the flowering plants.

One of the most spectacular places in the Słonne Mountains near Sanok. Worth a visit, especially in good weather - then we can admire a beautiful view of Sanok and the surrounding area. Between the viewpoint and the Eagle Stone there is a tourist shelter - comfortable and well-maintained.
