The bridge not only leads to Gradec, but also over a small border crossing at Leifling. This side road is a wonderful bike connection to Lavamünd.

There is a fun and fast flow trail and two really tough enduro trails: EWS Trail and Thriller. Perfect for a day trip.

Here on the Petzen there is actually only the flow trail and the two enduro trails: the EWS trail and the thriller. The flow trail turned out very well! It can be driven incredibly fast and is really fun! The two enduro trails are really hard and almost all S3 so here you have to have a good grip on your bike. I can only recommend the Enduro Trails to advanced riders because if you think it is maybe only so hard at the beginning and then becomes easier and continues down, then you have a problem because it only gets harder and when you have already ridden a bit it comes you can't get away from the trails either. Carrying the bike up does not work because it is so steep and climbing down is also an absolute horror. So really think carefully beforehand whether yes or no, because the trails are real enduro trails and cannot be compared with the Wienerwaldtrails!

Near the border with Slovenia, in southern Carinthia, Austria, is the Petzen, a mountain massif in the Karawanks, which are part of the Southern Limestone Alps. Here you will find ideal conditions for mountain biking, especially since the MTB Zone Petzen has been here! The name suggests it: As with Willingen and Geisskopf, bike park guru Didi Schneider is also responsible for the Petzen, so you can count on a well-built and varied range of trails. In the MTB Zone Getzen, the Flow Country Trail (https://www.komoot.de/highlight/95815), the Thriller Trail (https://www.komoot.de/highlight/1106033), the Enduro Park and a practice course await you. Another highlight of the area is the Single Trail Park Jamnica (https://www.komoot.de/highlight/965603), which is only around 20 minutes away by car on Slovenian soil. If you have a Gravity Card, the Petzen Bike Park is included. Day tickets cost between 21.50 euros (children) and 36 euros (adults). There is a bike rental service in the bike park and you can book riding technique courses. You can find all information about the Petzen Bike Zone at https://www.mtbzone-bikepark.com/petzen.
