Time for a break. There is a table and benches by the lake, where you can take a break in peace with a view of the lake.

Ejsing Church is one of the largest village churches in Denmark, built in the 12th century from granite blocks and with 5 characteristic gables on the north side of the church. In the church there are well-preserved frescoes from around 1500 and a richly carved pulpit along with many other valuable items. This has to do with belonging to the former manor "Landting". https://www.visitnordvestkysten.de/nordvestkysten/planen/ejsing-kirche-gdk601948

Hjerl Hede is a highly recommended open-air museum in the municipality of Holstebro, located between the towns of Skive and Holstebro. It presents the history of rural Jutland from the Stone Age to the modern era. The museum was founded in 1930 by director Hans Peter Hjerl Hansen and was run by the Hjerl Foundation until 1979. In 1979 the museum was separated from the foundation and has been run as an independent institution since then. On January 1, 2012 it merged with Holstebro Museum and Strandingsmuseum St. George to form the institution "De Kulturhistoriske Museer i Holstebro Kommune". Hjerl Hede consists of more than 50 different buildings that give an insight into old Danish village life. The museum essentially consists of three large parts, the old village, the peat farming museum and the forestry museum. A special feature is the Stone Age village, which is located a little way off on the site; here you can meet "real" Stone Age people in the season. Hjerl Hede is part of the network of state-approved museums in Denmark. The museum aims to convey "living history" and from the end of June to the beginning of August up to 100 women, children and men demonstrate various mainly old, now forgotten crafts. The school is populated by children in historical clothing, and small objects are made for visitors in the smithy. In the grocery store you can buy goods "from the past" and in the bakery bread and cakes are baked. Source: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hjerl_Hede
