It’s quiet and memorable, with beautiful views over the water, and is a lovely spot to visit while exploring the lake.

Peace Mile Loop Walk traces the shoreline of Lake Daylesford, and is a lovely mix of shaded paths and boardwalks. Along the way, you’ll pass mineral springs, see plenty of birdlife, and find several picnic spots that make the circuit both relaxing and beautiful. This short loop offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Daylesford, perfect for a reflective stroll or family outing.

Along the northern end of the Lerderderg Heritage River Walk, you have access to the river and a really nice, close up view. Along this section there is an information sign with a small portion of wall from the old Crown Dam that used to be here.
