Workers' housing with utility rooms-storage sheds of the Joint-Stock Company Karol Wilhelm Scheibler Cotton Manufactories. It is part of the Księży Młyn Estate. This is an estate of workers' housing built in stages between 1873-1875. The main core consists of 18 residential buildings, arranged in 3 rows of 6 houses each, along with utility buildings. The main avenue of the estate is closed by the building of the former school and the former company store (the so-called Konsumy). The building of the former fire station adjoins the estate from the west. The workers' estate is complemented by a group of residential buildings on Fabryczna Street and Przędzalniana Street. The entire complex is characterized by an unchanged, regular urban and communication layout with partially preserved cobblestone pavements. In the majority of the buildings, the external form has been preserved in its nineteenth-century guise. In most cases, the layout of the rooms in the workers' apartments has also remained unchanged.

Top spot in Łódź! The Poznański Palace is a true highlight – magnificent architecture and a significant piece of city history. The palace is especially impressive in the evening, when it's illuminated. Special tip: If you're looking for something special, stay at the PURO Łódź Hotel – directly across the street. From the room with panoramic windows, you'll have a breathtaking view of the palace. An unforgettable experience, especially at sunset!

Sebastian Bożek's mural is located on the side wall of the tenement house at 3 Nowa Street. "The first large-format work he created in Łódź, as part of the "Energy of the City 2016" Festival, is inspired by the experience of the city understood as both a general phenomenon and a specific urban space. Sebastian Bożek perceives the city as a continuous, fluid structure, changing form, neither open nor open). , nor closed, without beginning and end. As he emphasizes, the city is eternal, it disappears and is reborn, even if it is erased from real space, it exists in collective memory and imagination, like Pompeii."
