If you take the small road leading east out of the village, you'll pass something on the right that seems to have fallen out of time: an old, disused ski lift is slowly approaching its disrepair. Anyone from around here (like me 🤭) knows that there used to be a ski resort here, and even a ski club. Back then, Neunkirchen was almost like the St. Moritz of the Odenwald. It was a long time ago...
