The Auetal is worth a visit....whether on foot or by bike (and it doesn't matter if with natural / chain or hub gears or with an e-bike). Many paths are flat / without significant gradients. I myself have my health limitations and for me these routes are also challenges, but doable....each at their own pace and difficulty level. I even know some who were able to reduce their medication dosage because of it.... So, just be brave and start slowly or increase gradually...many things are doable (perhaps for everyone, but for some).

The mill in Mulsum, belonging to the municipality of Kutenholz, is called Windmühle Anna Maria. It is a gallery hollander built in 1843, which today serves as a museum mill. The Anna Maria mill is located at Mühlenweg 65, 27449 Kutenholz Mulsum. It has a functional grinding mechanism, which makes it special, and it is looked after by the Mulsumer Heimat- und Kulturverein (Mulsum Local History and Culture Association). The mill offers exhibitions, mill days, and serves as a wedding venue. The mill is a well-known excursion destination and part of the Mulsum coat of arms. A great cycling and hiking route leads here to the mill. Highly recommended and interesting at the same time.
