Great trail, very easy to ride with acceptable climbs. Definitely stop at the Latschenwirt. Although it is in the upper price range, it is very friendly and delicious. The Maypole setting was spectacular with music from the mountains! Top!

It's mostly hard gravel, but it's still easy to drive. Cars, yes, but rarely. The state border should be approached with some caution.

You can drive all the way around the Saalachsee. On one side there is asphalt, on the other gravel. But it's all easy to drive.
