Onwards and onwards, what awaits us now is absolutely impressive. We reach the Kelchstein and the Kelchsteinwächter. They stand out not only for their impressive shape but also for their reddish color. If it is Bunter Sandstein, the red coloring results from the embedded iron oxide hydrate. Fantastic what nature has created here, let's walk around it and now see the whole formation from the other side. We are not the only ones who can hardly stop marveling. With these impressions, we move on, next awaits us the Torwächter, followed by the Elefantenkopf, with its large stone tusks. https://youtu.be/N2GgTh6HEzQ
