Although it is not the easiest ascent and descent, you have a good chance of seeing a large number of ibexes.

Beautiful mountain with a wonderful view! On clear days, the view stretches from Vienna's local mountains to the Karawanks.

There is a large population of ibex on the high pastures of Reiting and it is very likely that you will get quite close to these rare animals. They do not bother hikers much. And to keep it that way: keep your distance when the animals are on the trail: keep a safe distance, do not feed them, etc., it all goes without saying.

Very nice wildlife park, especially for children, there is a lot to discover. You can get to the top by chairlift or on foot. You can also go down on a meadow scooter or on the toboggan run.
