The disc golf round is okay, but if you expect a proper DG course, you'll be disappointed. The baskets are partly very dented - I suspect due to local forestry. But it's still fun. If you've never played before, you should be careful, otherwise the discs (important, not frisbees) might end up deep in the undergrowth. I lost a disc there at hole 5 or 6 a few years ago (a yellow "Fuse" 😭). The nine holes are spread over the first 1.8 to 2km of the route. Drivers or midrange discs are not absolutely necessary, putters are enough. If you don't have your own discs, you can borrow some at the restaurant in Böen. I can't say if there's a charge for them.

There is a really great, partly covered resting place here. There are also information boards about nature, a clay oven accessible to everyone, and a water pump. The area is also used by schools and clubs as a classic "Green Classroom", i.e. for educational purposes. The place is located directly on one of the Hase river's old arms.
