The old spruce candelabra is around 600 years old, 30 meters high and eight meters wide. It stands a little above Arriach and it is worth looking at the mighty tree with its seven tops!

Funny idea for a building. Made of larch wood, it is sometimes referred to as the "largest hiking shoe in the world". At the time of our visit (end of August 2020) the information center was unfortunately closed and looked orphaned. In the municipal newspaper Arriach (September 2019) it says: "Inside, advertising space for local tourism businesses. It is assumed that [in the future] winter sports enthusiasts in particular will use hiking boots".

Easy to reach, for young and old. For a shorter walk, take the upper parking lot in Laastadt.
