Great as a start and end point. Parking spaces are available, but beware, not all are free. From Birnbach, there are great tours to ride. From road bikes to mountain bikes, there is a suitable route for everyone. Afterwards, you can relax comfortably in the thermal spa. So from me 👍

The name Sammarei derives from the popular variant of Sancta Maria. The original chapel, dating from before 1619 (a chapel was already mentioned in 1521), has been preserved; Isaak Bader built the present Baroque church around this chapel.

Triftern is a very beautiful place with interesting buildings but it is not a village but a market.

Tip no longer relevant due to the merging of the highlights “Grundschule Beutelsbach” and “Rathaus Beutelsbach”. Although the “Schuelmaister” (schoolmaster) is already mentioned in the church accounts in 1589 when he was newly clothed, a firm footing with a school in the village was only established at the end of the 18th century.
