2025: Many detours add a lot of elevation gain. The railway line is undergoing major renovations, and the railway is blocking the trails. I still enjoyed it, but it was considerably more strenuous than expected. Apparently, flooding is more frequent, which is why some short sections of the trail are permanently in poor condition.
