Not just a villa, but also a hotel. With huge rooms (at least the ones we had). Great interior with armor and other items from the Middle Ages. In the basement, there is a very quaint and beautiful restaurant where you can eat very good traditional food. Furthermore, the villa is very close to the center, but still exceptionally quiet.

It is a three-story brick building. Its architectural style is reminiscent of Berlin barracks from the Wilhelminian period. The building is structured by broad side projections, a central section flanked by round towers, and sparse architectural decoration are typical. The entrance hall has a neo-Gothic cross-ribbed vaulted ceiling. The barracks were used for military purposes until 1991. Then it was converted into the current district office.
