After more than a year, the path is still not completely renovated! Yesterday (Sunday, and coming from Wiek) the barrier could be bypassed. The familiar block paving follows, which was renewed a few years ago. It rides well, but from the edges the path is growing over, so that the full width is no longer usable. Later, a long section with fresh gravel follows, and everywhere there are pallets with block paving stones, which are presumably to be laid here?!? And further on towards the ferry, the new paving has already been laid, and just before the ferry, the barrier had been moved aside. As I said, I cannot say whether it is like this daily or only on weekends when no work is being done.
