The Milchlingsbrunnen is particularly charming due to the interplay of historic architecture, flowing water, and the lively atmosphere of the old town. While the water gently splashes, you can enjoy the special flair of the spa town and find a moment of peace here.

It rises on a hill above the town and offers an impressive view over the Taubertal valley, the rooftops of Bad Mergentheim, as well as the surrounding forests and vineyards.

The architectural details of the historic building, which tell of the city's eventful history, are particularly worth seeing. Together with the surrounding half-timbered houses, the Old Town Hall forms a harmonious ensemble that gives the market square its unmistakable character.

Theobald Chapel The ruin of the Theobald Chapel stands mysteriously as the oldest structure in Edelfingen, west of the village on the mountain ridge in front of the Theobaldswald. The west gable, which still exists today, is a listed building. It is probably the remnant of a former pilgrimage chapel. Unfortunately, there are no clear sources indicating the origin of this church building. It is assumed that the church, originally about 20 by 10 meters in size and which also had a tower, was built between 1150 and 1350. Perhaps there was once a Celtic refuge castle here that was driven out by the Alemanni in the 5th century. Found on the Edelfingen village website. https://edelfingen.com/ueber-uns/

I couldn't find a parking space in the immediate vicinity, so I parked the car at the top of the hill on the side of the road and walked along the farm track to the tower.
