😎A wonderful view from this side of the river. From 1952 onwards, the community was part of the five-kilometre exclusion zone on the inner-German border. Staying in the exclusion zone required a permit. The border with the Federal Republic was practically opened on November 9, 1989 and so we all have this wonderful view.
