The town's oldest surviving town house is located on Luhestraße. The Blue Dyer's House on the so-called Luhe Island was built immediately after the great town fire of 1585. The gable is richly decorated with Renaissance motifs. The interior is not open to visitors. www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winsen_(Luhe)

Here the little ones can really let off steam. There are places to sit and a fire pit. There is also a bicycle repair station.
