Besides the Main Pump Room, the Old Spa House is the most recognizable building in Krynica. An impressive neo-Renaissance structure, it's impossible to miss it when passing by.

A large, well-organized space. A climatic place to rest on the route.

The last pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Poprad. Great views of the river, just before it flows into the Dunajec.

The “Piwniczanka” mineral water pump room at the P-7 borehole in Piwniczna-Zdrój is a charming place located right on the Poprad River, in the heart of the Poprad Landscape Park. The spring is located under an ornate gazebo, surrounded by paths and benches, making it an ideal resting place for road cyclists. The water from this intake is characterized by a high carbon dioxide content (3996 mg/dm³), which gives it a naturally carbonated taste and a noticeable note of iron.

Steep climb on the Polish-Slovak border. According to the signs, the gradient is up to 30%. The climb is paved, but for safety it is worth getting off the bike.

An iconic road climb, almost 13 km long, with a height difference of over 800 m. At the end, a beautiful panorama of the Sądecki Beskids awaits us as a reward, as well as the opportunity to regain strength in the PTTK shelter on Przehyba. Note: the last 200 m is not asphalted, but the surface is compacted enough that we can easily ride it with a road bike.

The section from Krynica to Muszyna is pure relaxation. The downward slope of the route causes the bike to ride itself. 😊

The entire route, maybe without the DK75 section, is great. It's worth driving through it. As for the Nowy Sącz - Krynica section, if you leave early enough, the entire part of the route is relatively quiet (I mean car traffic).
