Hiking around Trossö-Kalvö-Lindö naturreservat offers diverse landscapes across an island chain in the northern Bohuslän archipelago. The western parts feature rugged, exposed cliffs, while the eastern sides present a sheltered, lush inner archipelago with rich vegetation. The terrain is primarily granite, with sandy and gravelly areas supporting a varied flora including blue anemones and orchids. A grass-covered road provides access across the islands, which are now connected by narrow strips of land.

Resö church was built in 1914-1916 in a national romantic style with the help of the islanders' collected funds. The inside of the church is characterized by a beautiful wooden roof with narrower square cows in the east and associated sacristy in the north. On the outside, the walls are covered with shavings. During an interior renovation in the 1950s, the church was painted completely white. Resö church sewing association donated the colored chancel window in 1973. In 1999-2000 the church was renovated again and the blue and brown colors were restored to the 1916 look with their unique Art Nouveau paintings. The current altarpiece by Carl Otto Svensson is from 1936. On the church bell from 1576, taken from Lur's medieval church, is the German inscription "Die furcht des Herren ist der Weisheits Anfang", "The Lord's fear is the beginning of wisdom" (Swedish Church website)
