Das Große Moos is a protected biotope in a marshy hollow on the Alpe di Siusi. Due to its clay-rich soil, it stores a lot of water and serves as a habitat for many rare plants and animals. Visitors can explore the area via wooden boardwalks and hiking trails or use the cross-country ski trails in winter.

Very nice place! The church tower is interesting and there are guided tours through it. The parking situation at Eurospar is exciting to observe... very little space. In high season, there is a lot of traffic in the whole area. Better to come by public transport! If you like eating ice cream, Florian is highly recommended!

Very beautiful mountain route! Unfortunately, when I was there (on a Tuesday before 9:00 AM), there was incredibly heavy traffic. Probably because no car traffic is allowed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM...

The Powder Tower is a defensive structure built in the early 13th century. Unfortunately, the tower is currently closed due to renovations. From the base of the tower, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sciliar massif.
