The climb is initially tough. It winds uphill, then flattens out a bit before reaching the village. If you don't want to focus on the climb, you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda. The village is pretty, and just before entering it, there's a lookout point overlooking the lake. You can also stop at one of the refreshment stands. After the village, the climb is a little less challenging, but there are still 2 km to go. Unfortunately, at the end of the climb, there's a lot of vegetation and you can't enjoy the view of the lake. I recommend it, though. 😉
