The cycle path is usable from Weyregg. Definitely be careful with the cars parked on the right side! If one of their doors opens, you are usually dead! There are still sections where you have to divert onto the main road. Also with oncoming cyclists and pedestrians as the cycle path is very narrow. You have to be extremely careful, as you are often overtaken very dangerously. Otherwise, a great cycle path.

The Seeschloss Ort is located on a small island connected to the Toskana peninsula by an approximately 120 m long wooden bridge. It is the landmark of Gmunden. Until a few years ago, the spelling "Orth" was still common. On the left side of the inner courtyard, various flood marks are indicated, according to which the flood of 1594 in the Seeschloss Ort had reached a height of 2.97 m, thus reaching the highest step of the covered walkway. The small castle chapel is dedicated to Saint James. The castle tower, behind which the much smaller church spire almost disappears, bears the year "1092". The altarpiece depicts "The Assumption of Mary", in which Saint James the Greater, the patron saint of the church, participates.

nicely developed and perfect (racing) bike path

Unfortunately, the highlight marking is completely wrong: The position of the bridge is a good 5 km away and there is no view of Lake Mondsee in the Weißenbachtal valley -> total nonsense 🤪🥴🤬

Schörfling, Seewalchen, Weyregg, and also Vöcklabruck are familiar towns and communities on Lake Attersee. I've been coming here regularly for decades. I'd love to do a circumnavigation of Lake Attersee on an e-bike, but unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to it yet. I think it's probably about 50 kilometers. Greetings from a German. 🙋😉👍👏
