The terrain was easy going except for part of the journey is along a road with no pavement ( approx 500m ). Recommend walking shoes in the winter

easy walk if not a little narrow and overgrown in places. The last section is along the pavement, so it is not as picturesque

works best in dry weather, some tracks are narrow, so you may want to stick to gravel paths
