A very special highlight in Betanzos is the Santiago Church. I was a hospitalera in Betanzos for 14 days and only through mediation did I manage to get a guided tour on the last day. This church is also thanks to the founder Fernan Perez de Andrade. The clock tower was added in the 16th century Grandiose from the outside, even more beautiful from the inside.

In this section, the trail winds parallel to the course of the Mandeo River. Here, eucalyptus, fern and pine forests abound, although there are also other species. It has many corners where you can sit and enjoy nature. You can also go up by boat or kayak, quite an experience!
