As others have already written - you should come at high tide, otherwise there is only wet sand here, as can be seen in some of the photos here. When the water is there at high tide, the view with the rocks in the background is very idyllic. If you go past the beach on the left, you can climb up the cliffs on a narrow path and then see how close the sea is.

On this secondary road, at a certain point, you come across this small church in a wonderful position in a cove on the coast. In the morning with the first light of the sun, it is very striking.

Ideal for a cycling holiday, with great and famous peaks nearby like the Lagos de Covadonga. Essentially sea and mountain within a distance of less than 5 km and a lot of atmosphere.

the beach is most beautiful at high tide, at low tide it is unfortunately not quite as impressive

Ribadesella is one of those Asturian villages that steal your heart. The Sella River divides it in two and on each side there is something to see: the port, the old town, the houses of the indianos and a breathtaking beach. Just below the cliffs is the Tito Bustillo cave, with cave paintings declared a World Heritage Site.

Beautiful old bridge that gives an idea of what the path must have looked like long ago.

Ribadesella is one of Asturias's hot spots for adventure sports, especially because the bridge that crosses its estuary is the destination for the famous canoe descent of the Sella River. The town has a history dating back thousands of years. Although it was officially founded by Alfonso X the Wise in the 13th century, the nearby Tito Bustillo Cave is one of the most important cave paintings. Furthermore, the port has been a shipyard, and whaling ships have operated in its waters.

Gulpiyuri Beach challenges the definition of a beach. Swimming is only possible at high tide. For millennia, waves have pierced the limestone mass that separates the beach from the sea, creating a pathway for water and sand. Thus, at high tide, the beach fills with water, and Gulpiyuri Beach appears amidst the green meadows.
