Beautiful trail that winds through the forest. Depending on the direction you are traveling, you will end up at Haaksbergener Venn or the Lüntener Fischteiche. Should be included in your tour planning if possible 👍

Ruenbergerbeek is Dutch, in German it is the Goorbach. The Goorbach has no source of its own. One source stream is the Herzbach, which originates in North Rhine-Westphalia between Nienborg and Metelen. A second source stream is the Hellingbach, which also springs from the ground in North Rhine-Westphalia south of Metelen. These flow together near the A 31. For a few hundred meters it is still called Hellingbach, then it carries the name Goorbach. Another tributary is the Hornerbach. This also originates south of Metelen and flows into the Goorbach in Gronau near the old Bundesstraße 54. From here, the Goorbach now flows through the 37-hectare nature reserve Goorbach und Hornerbecke and the Rüenberger Wald, before flowing into the Dinkel on the Dutch side near Losser.

A beautiful border cycle path leads to Overdinkel. There are plenty of benches for resting in a lovely setting. And of course, "Rick's Vis" is not far away, where you can enjoy delicious food.
