A filial church of the parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Częstochowa, located on the north side of the Wieluński Market Square, at number 29, which until 1826 was the central place of the town of Częstochówka (New Częstochowa). The first brick church, built together with a hospice, was erected in 1786 by Father Władysław Nieciński, the sub-sacristan of Jasna Góra, due to the demolition of the hospice at St. James Church. The hospice was demolished in 1838, and in its place, the current church was built in 1906, slightly widened in 1925 through the efforts of the parish priest of St. Roch (now Exaltation of the Holy Cross), Father Piotr Waśkiewicz. The building is small, neo-Gothic with a presbytery to the north, single-nave, rectangular. Neo-Gothic furnishings with a main altar and two side altars. Liturgical vessels from the 19th and 20th centuries.
