It's also easy to see from the outside. When I was there, filming was taking place and the area was inaccessible.

A beautiful castle. There's also a museum of technical equipment and vintage vehicles on the grounds. I was there on a Monday, and it was closed.

These perhaps inconspicuous ruins of the castle in Kłaczyn are easy to miss, as they stand among the village buildings, but there is a real story here. The beginnings of this castle may even date back to the 14th century. The castle had a turbulent history: for example, in the 16th century the stronghold was expanded in the Renaissance style, but it was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War. In the 19th century there was still a romantic ruin with a tower and a portal. It is worth seeing, because sometimes such ruins are real history, not just the great Royal Castles for 40 złoty a head.

The house was built on the plan of an elongated rectangle, with a characteristic western gable wall with ridges. There is a plaque with a partially erased inscription and the date 1799. The house is covered with a hipped roof covered with ceramic tiles. From the east a later addition, covered with a gable roof. Single-story house with an attic. The original spatial layout and fragmentary historic window joinery have been preserved.

Already PLN 15. Raising admission prices, as seen in the example above, has begun in earnest. I wonder where the pain limit will be for visitors.
