The manor in Kulice near Nowogard is a historic residential and farm complex associated with the von Bismarck family. The neoclassical manor was built around 1848, and in the second half of the 19th century, it was expanded with side wings and an orangery. The building is distinguished by its rusticated facades, avant-corps, and a gable roof with half-hips. The whole complex is surrounded by a 19th-century landscape park with valuable old-growth trees. Otto von Bismarck, the later chancellor of united Germany, was associated with Kulice, managing the local estates between 1838 and 1844. After World War II, the property was used for the needs of a state-owned farm (PGR), and in the 1990s, the manor was restored and designated for conference and scientific activities.
