As of September 2025: The riverside path along the Flaumbach stream is inaccessible. The access at the Pulgersmühle is completely overgrown (see photo). The access at the end of the path over the bridge is also closed, as the bridge apparently needs repairs (also see photo). A detour is signposted.

There are also several recommended hikes around the famous Geierley Bridge. In the valley below the bridge, there are two wooden wave loungers where you can not only take a break, but also enjoy a wonderful view of the famous suspension bridge.
