Bracing descent with a good road

At the end of a parking lot (more like a shoulder) there is a descent (with the sign "Cyclists dismount") onto a bike path. If a vehicle is parked at the end of the parking lot, the blue sign is practically invisible. How stupid is that?? It's better to remember the sign "Caution wild animals crossing", because the described path is right in front of it. Anyone who overlooks this can expect some honking lunatics to speed past you with less than 0.5 m distance. As happened to our group of 4.
