Steinernes Gästebuch Veitsrodt circular trail Since 1976, the Steinernes Gästebuch (Stone Guestbook) has commemorated numerous prominent visitors to the region. The stones, signed by honorary guests from politics, business, culture, and sports, are arranged along a natural circular trail. More than 100 entries can now be discovered along the 1.7-kilometer route not far from the Veitsrodt market grounds. The premium hiking trail Saar-Hunsrück-Steig runs directly through the Steinernes Gästebuch.

New wooden footbridge on the Vitaltour Bärenroute: A highlight for hikers! The popular Vitaltour Bärenroute now offers hiking enthusiasts another highlight: A brand-new wooden footbridge replaces the previous crossing over the Bärenbach stream and leaves nothing to be desired. The bridge impresses with its successful combination of functionality and aesthetic design. Built on two massive logs, it blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings. A sturdy railing ensures safety, while the high-quality workmanship guarantees a long service life. The Vitaltour Bärenroute is considered one of the most charming hiking trails in the region. It leads over varied paths, past impressive natural monuments such as the Hachenfels and historical sights such as the Naumburg castle ruins. With the new wooden footbridge, the hiking experience is now made even more comfortable and close to nature. The new wooden footbridge is open and invites hikers to experience the Vitaltour Bärenroute in all its diversity.

There is also a barbecue area, a cabin, a volleyball court, and table tennis outdoors. Prices: Double room €12.50 per person, single room €15.00, breakfast €3.50. Further accommodation options can be booked through the Herrstein Tourist Information Office. Usage options include: sporting events, training, school sports, cultural events, training camps, and professional development events. The residence hall can also be used by other groups (e.g., hiking groups). Talent School: To strengthen and ensure the long-term viability of the Olympic sports of trampoline and artistic gymnastics in the region, a combined talent school (KTS) was established in Niederwörresbach. It operates in cooperation with the Federal Training Center/State Performance Center for Trampoline Gymnastics in Bad Kreuznach. Training in artistic gymnastics is provided by KTV Niederwörresbach, and in trampoline gymnastics by MTV 1877 Bad Kreuznach.
