The route is great, the traffic volume is quite high for Spanish standards. The problem is the traffic layout in the east, you have to change to the left lane on a road where cars drive at 80-100 and drive there in the middle. The Spaniards drive very respectfully and considerately, but the tourists don't. You should therefore be a safe cyclist and not have a problem with very fast cars driving past you on the left and right. There is only this connection in the East! What is meant is the point/junction where it continues along the coast and goes to the motorway (cycling is not allowed there). Turning around is bad there, there is no real hard shoulder.
