Besides its cultural interest and architectural beauty, it's an excellent starting point for several trails. There's ample parking in front. From here, you can choose to climb Mount Orfano and its crosses, follow the foothill trail that allows you to completely circle Mount Orfano through various villages, follow the fitness trail, or simply reach the giant bench (which, in my opinion, offers the worst view of all the benches I've visited: the Po Valley... how sad).

the church is very beautiful and you can also see a bit of a panorama of the lower Brescia area

Monte Orfano as it is the only relief in the area, several access points from various neighboring countries and the possibility of completely bypassing it in a few hours. Given the altitude, it is an excellent place to relax in the cold seasons.

In Pontegatello, a hamlet of Azzano Mella, a splendid little church dedicated to the Madonna della Formica is of great charm and has the first hills of Brescia as its backdrop. It can be reached via a short gravel road that connects it to the country road that connects Azzano Mella and Torbole Casaglia.
