Former grain mill in the valley of the little Kyll.

Beautiful valley, but the path for hiking is not so nice as it is paved.

The ascent to the summit with its great views leads from the car park along a path through terraces that were once used by farmers (some of which still have old fruit trees) with bizarre tree growth shapes. From the summit you can see the valley of the Kleine Kyll at your feet and in the background the three-peaked and wooded "crater rim" of the Windsborn and to the right the meadows and pastures with the "Landesblick" observation tower (next to the mobile phone antenna) above the Meerfelder Maar.
