Memorial to the 247 fallen partisans of the 9th Garibali Division "Imerito" of the 2nd Autonomous Division "Langhe" of the Belbo and Bormida Valleys. The plaque in the center of the memorial bears the lyrics of the communist partisan song "Fischia il vento" (The Wind Whistles), sung to the melody of the Russian song "Katyusha."

A wonderful and almost fairytale-like place, as well as the central point of walks in the area. From its summit you can enjoy a 360° panorama and dominate the Terre del Moscato. Pure wonder. I recommend everyone to pass by here at least once in their life.

At a certain point the asphalt road ends and slopes into pure dirt with signs of tractor tracks. The last stretch of the route towards the Torre dei Contini is therefore off road but with an always wonderful panorama.

Beautiful view from the area surrounding the Torre dei Contini. The town in question is another one that is part of the Moscato hills, namely Calosso.

Located approximately halfway between the locality of Sant'Antonio and the Contini tower, the church of Santa Libera (dated 1870) is a must-see for anyone passing by, amidst the beauty and silence of the vineyards. There are also a couple of stone tables around as a rest/picnic area.

Strada Santa Libera is completely surrounded by vineyards. Walking or cycling in these areas is pleasant especially in the mid-seasons and also relatively safe.

Along the Santa Libera road and heading towards the church of the same name you are surrounded by vineyards and suggestive views like this one facing the town of Calosso.
