Visitors can marvel at a daily changing collection of several hundred special cars and motorcycles in the listed halls of the former state airport. Vehicles are sold, restored, maintained, and rented out by professional providers. Private classic and sports car owners present their "treasures" in glass boxes. Diverse other offerings as well as various events related to two and four wheels complete the area's auto-affine charm.

The late Gothic St. Maurice Church is listed as a cultural monument by the State Office for Monument Preservation Baden-Württemberg. It is one of the most traditional buildings in Holzgerlingen. The mighty defensive tower, built in the 11th century, was equipped with half-timbering and a tent roof in 1769 and still bears witness to the town's steadfast past. The former ossuary on the south side of the tower was endowed in 1481. The ocher-colored sandstone structure could be restored during renovation work in 1989. In the net vault of the recessed choir, there are four figured keystones, depicting, among others, Saint Maurice as a knight with a banner and the Mother of God Mary with her child. The parapets of the galleries are adorned with 25 panel paintings with scenes from the Old and New Testament. Painted and stone epitaphs, as well as a panel painting of Martin Luther, can be viewed in the choir and nave. The glass paintings on the choir windows were created by the painter Kohler in 1983.
