Sagritz was first mentioned in a document in 1364. A manor belonged to the place. After several changes of ownership, Gut Sagritz came into the possession of the royal Prussian major retired in 1836. D. Count Eduard von Kleist. He had the old half-timbered buildings torn down and, in 1840, two large barns with an integrated manager's apartment were built. The structure created back then has been preserved to this day. In 1945 the estate was expropriated and used as part of the "Sellendorf People's Estate" until 1990. There was a breeding facility for poultry and sheepfolds here.
