Small church in Gorgazzo, near the bank of the Monticano river, probably built in the second half of the 19th century. The church, and the adjacent structures, are managed by the association of the same name, which promotes recreational and social activities for residents. On the facade are engraved these words: SALUS INFIRMORUM ORA PRO NOBIS, which attest to the church's dedication to the Madonna. The cult of the Madonna della Salute can probably be linked to the presence of a lazaretto in the village (today's "casa dei sette camini"). It is believed that the construction of the church represents a votive offering by the people of Oderzo for liberation from the plague that decimated the population in 1647. The church has a rectangular plan with a single nave. The last, important, restoration intervention dates back to around 1984.
