A real photo opportunity: The viaduct in Daun impresses with its imposing architecture and blends perfectly into the nature of the Volcanic Eifel. The view from below is particularly beautiful - ideal for a short break or a snapshot. If you take your time, you can enjoy the atmosphere. Perfect as a stopover for hikers and cyclists!

The wooden bridge over the Lieser is a real adventure! Riding the bike up the stairs of the bridge to cross the river is strenuous, but unforgettable. It was the first time I managed to do it at all, and it was absolutely worth it!

Yes, one of the steeper corners on the Lieser, but definitely easy to ride. Unfortunately, it's also very short.

The Lieserpfad offers some beautiful, albeit short, trails. This one is one of the longer ones. It is quite flowing with little gradient. I actually had fewer stones.
