A small pub (or coffee shop) open from spring to fall, presumably especially when the weather is nice. It's best to check Google first. The view is fantastic, and the owner is very friendly and attentive. It was perfect for a rest and some homemade food.

The Moleson Bike Park offers three different trails: two blue and one red. There's also a return route to the starting point at the funicular parking lot. The Poya Line requires some pedaling, as it includes a few small climbs. The two blue lines are well-shaped and well-maintained. Everything here is rideable, making them very popular with families with children. The red line is steeper and more natural, so better riding technique is required. It also includes a gap jump and a drop, both of which can be avoided. The chairlift belonging to the bike park is normally used with three bikes per chair, although only every other chair has bike suspension. Despite this, we rarely experienced long waits. ✌🏻🚵🏻♂️🤘🏻

Gusto-stop 4 - ÖKK BIKE REVOLUTION E-Bike: E-bike charging stations available There are no good products without passionate producers. So we are taking you to a producer of local Fribourg products for the rest of the culinary discovery. The Longequeue farm is a dairy farm located on the slopes of the Chia towards Bulle in the heart of Gruyère. Among other things, you will find yogurts, honey and of course fresh meat and other dried meat. Of course, everything is homemade. However, it is to let you taste another AOP product that we are offering you this new stop. The Poire à Botzi AOP: Delicate to cultivate, difficult to preserve and accustomed to random yields, the Poire à Botzi has discouraged more than one producer and almost disappeared. "Botzi" is a Fribourg patois term meaning bunch. It is particularly known for being an essential component of the Bénichon menu. https://www.poire-a-botzi.ch/
