Ketzin is on the other side and can be reached from the opposite bank by ferry across the Havel. This section of the Havel cycle path rolls through the river meadows perfectly.

Cycle path out of Werder in the direction of Phöben or the Havel cycle path. Not the prettiest surroundings, but functional. There is now some root damage on the section up to the motorway.
