Nelson Sandford
August 11, 2024, Fountain Memorial to the 4th Viscount Sidmouth

Came across this small memorial to 4th Viscount of Sidmouth. Meant to be a small fountain but nothing was flowing.

Brilliant farm track bridleway running parallel to Umbourne Brook, along a gravel track and then through a few fields. Some gorgeous hens to say hello to at the southern end!

A gorgeous gravel track that runs along the shallow brook before a testing water crossing and then steep-ish climb if you're heading to the west.
