You walk past Drachenhöle and up to Röthelstein. A wonderful view towards Hochlansch

There is also a SAM stop (East Styria shared taxi) near the car park, so you can also get here by public transport from Frohnleiten train station, for example.

An alpine pasture between the Röthelstein and the Rote Wand. Mountain hiking trails lead from this alpine pasture to the Röthelstein and the Rote Wand.

The Röthelstein is a 1263 meter high mountain in the Graz mountains. The climb to the summit is only recommended for experienced hikers who have a head for heights. Good footwear is very important as the path is sometimes very steep.

The dragon cave or entrance is overwhelming. I have perhaps never seen such a large cave entrance. Entry is only permitted during guided tours. Maybe that will happen one day.

A very small summit cross that you could almost miss :) We looked for a place nearby to have a snack. There isn't "a lot of space" at the summit, but there are nice views into the distance and down
