A beautiful, lonely place to take a break at an unattended hut with a very refreshing, small fountain (with drinking water). When I was there, the hut was locked, but there were chilled drinks in the well. Please pay for these sufficiently. Leave everything there as beautiful as it is now!

The foundations of the parish church of St. Ulrich date back to the Gothic period (1450/1510). Due to population growth and the founding of numerous surrounding villages, this church became too small, necessitating an expansion in 1825. The chancel remained largely unchanged, while the nave was extended with two parallel side aisles. New, higher vaults were constructed above this enlarged space. The church thus became a three-aisled, two-bay nave with barrel vaults. During the 1979 renovation, two portals were added, and the chancel was redesigned to provide a spacious area for liturgical celebrations. (Source: https://www.ulrichsberg.at)
